Many of the local craftspeople exercise their trade according to ancestral rules, and play a key role in earning Risoul renown as a « nice-size resort » .

This is the case at the Establon Cheese Dairy which, besides selling its produce and that of other local craftspeople, offers visitors the opportunity to watch the milking sessions.

Moving further afield, on to Montdauphin Fort, you can visit the Campana craft centre, where potters, silk painters and leather workers display and sell their creations...
