It is preferable to have acquired a minimum of downhill skiing technique prior to trying your hand at Nordic skiing. Requires high levels of stamina.
Allows skiers to discover nature in its rawest state.
Suitable for : adults, children (over 12).
Difficulty level : for the first outing, adapt the difficulty of your excursion to the level and experience of the group by studying the altitude variations of your chosen route.
It is recommended to have some experience of cross-country skiing before taking to the slopes.
