Villages & Risoul 1850

Villages

9 villages form what is known as "Guillestrois country" with many picturesque discoveries to be made.

Take for example Montdauphin Fort, a fortified square designed by Vauban to provide shelter to up to 2000 men and today one of the smallest villages in all of France.

Risoul, Vars, Eygliers, Ceillac, Saint Clément sur Durance.... Take time out to discover the hospitality and the conviviality of the Latin Alps.

Not forgetting St Véran, the highest municipality in Europe. Perched at an altitude of 2125 metres, St Véran has successfully preserved the architectural authenticity of the Queyras region.
